Sauna information

Availability: Saunas are available for campsite guests.

Type: There are wood-fired sauna trailers or cabins near the beach, from which you can easily access Lake Pielinen for swimming.
Instructions for use: Guests are responsible for heating the sauna themselves. If the sauna has not been used before your turn, please heat it up at least 40 minutes before your turn. Remember to add water to the container on top of the sauna so that it does not run dry.
Please note: There are no showers inside the saunas; you can wash yourself in the clean waters of Lake Pielinen.
At the end of your session: Add more firewood to the sauna to ensure that it will be warm for the next users.
